Step#1 Requirement Gathering

Sometime a business is unsure of how an ERP system can deliver the promised benefits. We support our prospective clients and offering them consultancy and guidance by understanding their requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. This is usually done as per the client’s preference of in-person or online meetings.

Step#2 Proof of Concept

After requirement gathering, our consultants schedule a demo communicating the proof of concept, suggesting solution implementation or customization so that the business can have a view of the road map ahead.

Step#3 Proposal Submission

After the client agrees to proceed with the implementation, we create a comprehensive proposal that includes the costs of software licensing, implementation services, and other expenses, as well as a detailed project scope and timeline.

Step#4 Acquisition

Once the client has thoroughly reviewed the submitted proposal and agrees to move forward with the implementation, the project can formally commence, and the Dynamics 365 solution is procured.
